The time has come!
Two countries,  Demonica and  The White Havens, are no longer
participating in the Fantasia Contest, hence they are now free and up for grabs.
As usual, the new users will be selected via a random draw.
The winners of the draw will be given either of the two free slots - this means they will
be able to make their own country and take full control of it. Every user who applies to
this draw will have a chance at receiving either of these free slots.
However, there are some procedures to follow which you must read carefully:
You must first have already applied for the List of Interest, which you
are able to do at any time. If you were not on the list by the time this
announcement was made, you are still able to apply for this draw as
long as you apply for the List of Interest before you apply for the draw.
You then must send Callum (and only him) a PM here citing your interest
for the draw. For organisational purposes, you are only able to apply
for the draw through a forum PM, and nowhere else, otherwise you
will not be considered.
There are also extra requirements which you must meet in order to apply:
You must be active in the forums. This means either posting, liking or
being involved with the community in any other way. The amount of
your activity does not influence the draw in any way. Simply logging
in for the purpose of "remaining active" doesn't count.
If you are a Co-HoD of an already existing nation and are successful
in the draws, you must leave your Co-HoD role of your previous nation.
It is not a requirement to leave your Co-HoD post to apply for the draw.
The deadline to apply is strictly set for Tuesday 8 August, 2359CET.
