Out of curiosity, if i was to sign up and if i got to the point of actually returning to the contest. Would i still be allowed to use The White Havens or will i have to create a brand new country? Yes, you can apply again with The White Havens. The same applies to players who were banned (Freyhurst,Assasynia,etc.) and to those who withdrew (Evämaa, Voxanya, etc.). |
