Just reminding ~Rethnas~ , ᴛᴏᴍ ᴋʟᴏsᴇʀ , Llemian and everyone else who had a country in the past, that you can apply aswell (with your old country or with a new one ( Beklium will return anyway as it won in the past).
Moreover, I'd like to remind everyone who wants to apply to do that as soon as possible as we will send the first feedbacks very soon.

The majority of the users who joined the contest later made up a completely new country without influences from the old country's culture, history, etc. |
