At the mainland of Jamah there are LOTS of Raccoons and Deers. All raccoons are originally from Jamah. If they are in other countries, they are imported. (if thats okay) Jamah's other islands mostly have cats/dogs/rabbits, but they are also in the main land ANDDD my English sucked

Glaíolan Snake The snake is the national animal of the nation and it reminiscences the flag of the country, due to it pink and yellow colours. The snake is venomous towards its predators, where it uses their unique colours to attract predators, thinking it is edible. They are known to be resilient and have quick reflexes, so when these predators come they poison them fast. Adult variations of this snake can be constrictive too, as they get longer, they often can grow between 2 metres to 4 metres in length, as in their maximum length. They also have thick skin, which can heal fast, when it is damaged. Its predators, tend to be small to medium birds of prey; the bird pecks on them, and the snake poisons them and then slowly constricts them. Baby snakes tend to eat small bugs and insects. Their venom is not deadly to humans.
These snakes can have different shades of colours. For example, those with darker shades live in deeper jungle areas, while those with lighter shades live in lighter jungle areas, specifically those subject to deforestation.
Other than birds and insects, these snakes are also omnivorous, meaning they eat plants too. They can eat various jungle leafs and can also eat cashew nut skin, without being poisoned. This is useful, for farming cashew nuts, due to the skin being very poisonous to humans.
The snakes are decreasing in population, as it is slightly endangered. This is due to trophy hunting, which is illegal in the country, as they harvest their skin for its appearance, as well as some medicinal properties. Unethical farming methods, has underpinned this decline, because they are subject to small cages, so it is harder for them to escape and sometimes they have even suffocated themselves from these cages. Improved regulations, has positively seen the decline in these farming methods, as offenders will be in prison for 5 years if committed. Deforestation and urbanisation is also a key factor for its decline, as the sunlight weakens the vibrancy of the skin, losing their individuality. Plus, deforestation reinforces habitat and food loss, which are also factors of its decline.
They are policies in place to conserve these rainforests from deforestation and urban activities, respecting all species of all animals and the indigenous communities living in them. These snakes were originally found in its pale state, from deforesters, during the former empire and this is what inspired the flag was created, these deforesters felt sympathised for the snakes and was a factor of the revolution. The flags were made by the dyes in various berries.
In popular culture and traditions, there is a festival celebrating this snake (19th January) and pale varieties are commonly associated with a Fantasian Children's Television icon, Mr. Blobby.
The image of a paler variety of these snakes, is depicted below.
