I think the last three options are desirable, however: Can we like... not allow every region from Spain to participate? The only regions that should, imho for Spain, be participating are the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla  |

I think the last three options are desirable, however: Can we like... not allow every region from Spain to participate? The only regions that should, imho for Spain, be participating are the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla I guess you know little or nothing about nationalisms in Spain  Spain is a divided country, let's assume it. There are separatist movements in every single region, but the only potential independent states today would be:  Catalonia (maybe the Valencian Community and Balearic Islands would join them, but I doubt it),  Basque Country (probably along with Navarre), and  Galicia. So basically where a co-official language is spoken |

So basically where a co-official language is spoken Yes, but I thought that this was a dependent territory contest So basically every region has autonomy, which pretty much nulls everything out But in the case of separatism (and I've been following Catalonia quite closely), I guess it could be allowed... but they're not dependent territories |
