Tonight, ERR aired live on ETV and on the TT livestream the
Second Semifinal of North Laul #17,
the
Estonian National Selection for theNorth Vision Song Contest #17.

Four songs performed tonight, but only two of them managed to qualify
directly to the grand final.
The 3rd placed song of the night has been
sent to the second chance round, where it has dueled with the 3rd placed song
of the second semifinal for the 5th free spot in the final.

Second Chance Round
The second chance round has been held between Milky Whip and Windy Beach, who both
reached the 3rd place in their respective semifinals.
For roleplaying reasons, in the results video pseudo-televoting was picked as the way
of selecting the winner of the second chance round. Actually, the winner of the duel was selected
by the juries as well; as the format states:
Milky Whip got 46 points and Windy Beach got 45 points in their own semifinals, meaning
Milky Whip advances to the grand final with her song "My Love"
reached the 3rd place in their respective semifinals.
