Now being serious: I ranked her 7th I think, but omg that performance was so beautiful AND THAT MOMENT WHEN THE KIDS SANG GEORGIAN FOR HER OMG AMAZING WINNER I JUST CAN'T So, um, didn't most of you say this was going to end last? The song itself was really good, but the performance was just bad Underrated The audience was horrible tho, booing kids, like wtf?

Okay, so... let's see!
Serbia (17th) - I mean, the performance wasn't really good but... last?
Cyprus (16th) - lol my mum hated it because "it's not a dance contest", I thought the dancing was amazing.. maybe that's the point He was out of breath pretty soon so meh.. still underrated imo
Israel (15th) - Nice performance but too forgettable, expected and deserved I guess
Ukraine (14th) - Same as Israel
Albania (13th) - wow w h a t... considering the fact that she performed after Armenia (2nd) and before Russia (4th - noting that both of these countries got the same placings as running order lol), I'd say this was an important factor, also Georgia probably stealing all the points for power ballads
FYR Macedonia (12th) - pretty predictable tbh #fanwank, still underrated imo, good performance but not outstanding
Poland (11th) - I knew this was not going to do as well as people thought it would, amazing vocals, but lost to Georgia as well
Ireland (10th) - wow w h a t [2] I'm not only surprised this came THAT HIGH (also 12 from Italy & Malta what even) but this is higher than Albania or Poland wow o__O I'm kinda happy though, because I like her, and Ireland really didn't have it easy lol
Bulgaria (9th) - Deserved placing I guess, nice performance with great vocals Also was it just me or was her hair darker than usual? idk
Netherlands (8th) - I kinda thought this was not doing so bad, because it's uplifting and very catchy, I'm only surprised expert juries ranked this higher than kids' jury but well ok
Belarus (7th) - Surprised this is that high, but well his performance was entertaining and his vocals were good too... but is he sure he sang English towards the end?
Malta (6th) - I think with another song she could have done better or even won, OUTSTANDING vocals but yeah
Australia (5th) - Wow I'm actually surprised this ended up that high but yay more Australian participations incoming Also happy for Alexa, amazing girl!
Russia (4th) - Funny thing: Everyone thought this was doing well and I didn't. Then I saw the performance and was convinced they'd do well while a lot of people then expected them to flop... weeeeell, deserved placement I guess
Italy (3rd) - Great, authentic performance, great vocals, great song, great placement, expected placement, deserved placement
Armenia (2nd) - I did expect this to do well BUT NOT SECOND, AND ALSO NOT WINNING KIDS' JURY WOOOOW well ok the performance was AMAZING, vocals were amazing in some parts, mehish in other parts but overall yayay
(1st) - And now. The song that started off as my least favourite.Which then climbed into my top 10 later.AND NOW BLEW MY FUCKING MIND AWAY.
OUTSTANDING AMAZING VOCALS. I GOT FUCKING GOOSEBUMPS. VERY VERY MEMORABLE PERFORMANCE, damn this girl had some luck with her draw too.
I'm sure this song climbed into my top 3 now, well done Georgia, I actually hope you will host the contest and that a specific country with the same first letter will debut too coffcoff
Also the voting was once again so exciting omggmgmgmg, eurovision keep this system thanks xoxoxoxoxoxo
Edit: OK YES THE BOOING. WAS. FUCKING. HORRIBLE...
ALSO THE END WAS THE BEST I'VE EVER SEEN OMFG SO CUUUUUUUUTE

well Serbia deserved more then the last place.I wouldn't mind us being just bottom 5 tho I can't believe that Netherlands are doing so high,Belarus too Georgian performance was amazing and I generally like the song but it wasn't a winner for me mMacedonia should be the winner of the whole Contest Ukraine and Albania also deserved higher a lot higher Poland higher too Australia isn't that great to be in such a high place also Armenia is just overhyped
Different strokes for different folks.

Everything about her performance was 100%
Vocals in general - perfect. Control of vocals - perfect. Staying in key - perfect. Timbre - perfect. Expression of voice - perfect. Volume control - excellent. She filled the entire place with sound and for a young child, that is very difficult to do.
That is why she is a deserved winner.

And the ending of the show just made me actually cry, because every single participant came and supported Mariam, even if she had trouble singing. Those participants care about their friendship more about what place they got in the competiton. Do you? Doesn't seem like it. p r e a c h

Well um it was my pre-last but actually her performance was flawless so i'm pretty ok with it as winner also the last performance was so cute omg again 2nd... T his was my 3rd and I would've actually prefered this as a winner but 2nd ain't bad. My runner-up, so glad for this My winner got 11th, eh not bad at all but she deserved way more imo... Poor Klesta and Dunja from my top 5 are underrated af eh I predicted their flop I actually expected this to do better, they've put so much work on the performance. Didn't epxect it so high but really happy for Alexa

Okay guys, I didn't watch much of JESC this year but the majority of these comments literally give me cancer. Lemme start my ranting. Look guys, with televote out of discussion, y'all really thought the major favorite of every user will win? Yes, the results were kinda unexpected. And yes, the major favorites kinda flopped in the results. SO FUCKING WHAT. It's just a competition for fuck's sake, not a life or death choice. My favorite was Albania. I've always supported it till the end and beyond and yeah, it didn't do well, but you literally see me (or the others which had other favorites) telling shit about the winner? Or other nations? Or literally any other users which had my favorite last? Look, I understand opinions are opinions, but why the fuck you have to react (not all, to emphasize that) like it's the end of the world if one unexpected contestant has in fact won? Like hell, you're getting way over-dramatic over the results like goddamn knows what in the end won. Seriously, it's a child show, grow up and deal with it, the results ain't changing. Hell, the children themselves are okay with the results and I see these nonsense comments which are going to cringe mode 250%. As for the winner, I'm so glad that Georgia has managed to silence everyone, and personally it's one hell of an amazing winner, whether you like it, or not. Yes, tastes differ. And yes, many had Georgia rather low. But you really had to react in such manner? It makes those guys which had the major cringe comments look like 5 year olds which act like their candy has been stolen. With that, to finish and to prepare my defense for the hate comments which come after this review, Georgia deserved to win fair and square, and the results showed it. Just her reaction when she won was incredibly worthy for a winner which wasn't even a major favorite. In fact, the fact that she won and had this reaction was the best thing in the entire show. The results ain't changing because of you wanting it. DEAL WITH IT, IT WON, END OF STORY, MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIVES, IT'S NOT ESC TO ACT LIKE THIS. To say it clearly, I'm not mentioning everyone in here. Only the ones of which comments literally gave me cancer. Like I said previously, opinions are opinions. But DON'T blame the child for what happened in JESC. With that, I end my rant. About your backlash, I mostly don't give a shit. I just said my opinion. Like you all.
