HoD & Co-HoD votes will be combined as one.
Non-participants and associate broadcasters votes will count as the Rest of the World.
Voting will be valid only in Northvision style via a Forum PM to the HoD (Vaios ).
The four songs with the most votes will qualify to the Gold Final.
