All the updates, from the bidding phase of a WC to the ranking of all the
countries in the sport are going to be posted on this thread.

All the ranks are based on a notation out of 10 Points.

10 is the best, 0 the worst

If you don't have any statistics, you're invited to give one if you're planning to take part in a WC.
If you don't, a random number will be drawn for your country,
depending of it's size and of the level of the neighbor's country.
If you have one, you can still change, but on a realistic way (so not from 0.5 to 8.6 for example)
