#4: Semi-Finals,Final

After a break of 2 weeks,here we start the 4th edition which will be held in Berlin.This edition will have 37 participants,18 in each Semi-Final and the automatic qualifier, Germany in the Final.10 songs of each Semi-Final will pass making a Final of 21 countries.13 countries are debuting,while only 3 returning and 7 withdrawing.All others continue normally. Albania,could have been debuted but the user didn't submit the song on time so,he can try in the 5th edition.

Returning artist is Tose Proeski from Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.

By the way,you can start creating National Finals for WVSC 5.
