I am the HoD of Flopgeria. I am doing the televoting in the voting events, which represent 50% of the total voting.
My Co-HoD's are Wysteria and ✨💃 respectively. Both are in this function since NVSC #17 (even if Max joined just for final in #17). Each of them are doing 25% of the voting. Their combined voting represent the jury voting.

Btw just a question: if the HoD swaps the country but the Co-HoD isn't active since 3 editions, does the Co-HoD need to stay with the old country and new HoD or can he directly follow the HoD to his new country ? good question tho

Old country Co-Head of Delegations have "contracts" with countries (as long as their current HoDs agree, of course) In fact, if a HoD swaps but the CoHoD doesn't want to swap (even after having played in that role for more than three editions), he can just remain as CoHoD for that specific country - as long as the rightful HoD agrees. It's basically what happened to Andreas. The HoDs changed but he remained as CoHoD for Cyprus. Generally speaking, CoHoDs are features that HoDs decide to have but the respective country benefits of that, not the HoD him/herself However, depending on what the CoHoD wants, if he/she played in that role for 3 or more editions, he can either keep the country or just follow the HoD.

idk if someone already asked about this or if it's already clear, but what if a HoD had a Co-HoD for less than 3 editions, and the Co-HoD joins NVSC... could the HoD get a new Co-HoD then? I hope you understood what I meant

You raise up a fair point Ideally, if the HoD doesn't want a CoHoD, it should be like that (CoHoD waiting for 3 editions until being able to make any swap or, in this case, get a new country) but then again, if he can't play he can still be a replacement voter during those "break" editions. It will be discussed
