^ +1 I really want us to send a song not in English. Since the semis were introduced we sent one song in French and one in Italian. Imo that's definitely a bad quote. I'm thinking about submitting a song in Swiss German.  Just kiddimg, but I would love us for sending someting like that as we never had that. |

tbh, who could withdraw?  Czechia shouldn't because despite the flop in the final (;__;) they have reached their best result.  San Marino did better than expected in the semi-final although they do not like the new voting system.  BiH could be thinking as they have flopped in the semi for the first time ever but who knows? any else? |

For now I'll predict (wow so early) that  Portugal will officially be back (not make a last minute decision not to do so).  San Marino could withdraw, tbh. But the 12th in the semi (although he would have been 17th with just juries..  ) could encourage them to stay at the most. I don't see  Czechia and  Bulgaria withdrawing as they both got their best results once more. I'd say  Slovakia could be back too due to  Russia will probs participate anyway.. Maybe  Romania could be back if TVR solves their debt crisis though, idk. |

According to  German Wikipedia, these countries have confirmed so far:  Estonia  Finland Germany Hungary  Portugal Sweden Ukraine I think  Macedonia will probably withdraw and San Marino and Russia might as well |
