Russia will NOT withdraw. They will be pissy and make drama but they will confirm anyway. It's extremely important for them to win (for some reason lol) and now especially after Ukraine won.

Czechia will also NOT withdraw. The head of delegation already stated that even if they don't qualify this year, they will keep participating. (well not officially, but indirectly during the press conferences)
