THE FORMAT
Three semi-finals with 10 participants in each will be held.
5 entries from each semi-final will qualify for the final and one wildcard will be chosen by TTV (6th place).
In the final, 16 entries will compete. The winner will be decided by 50% Televoting / 50% Jury.
Broadcasters can now apply to become a jury. All jury spots will be drawn randomly.
