I was sure that Latvia would get the ..

It's not that i dislike the winner but the runner-up was way better.

And were my votes counted as ROW? Because i can't understand from the speech if they were added. I only understand Max, Aalto and one more person which name i didn't hear properly.. And is it really possible giving to a country to get from ROW where only 3 people voted?
