New Country to join ?
During the last Head of Delegation meeting in 
Oslo, Norway, where rules and host cities of the fourth edition of Nordic Music Contest were discussed, the 
Swedish Head of Delegation has suggested introducing a new country to the contest which would increase the popularity of the contest and would bring more music to the contest.
There was a list of possible countries published, 1 of these countries will join from NMC #4 on:
Poland
Belarus
Ireland
Germany
Canada
Heads of Delegations will vote on the change and ANB will reveal the results later.
There will be a draw for the new user of the country who'll join. All HoD's + ✨💃 will be included in that draw. If the winning HoD refused to take the country, Max will be able to take it.
