I don't want Turkey back. If they find the rules unfair, well let them withdraw forever. They always are like: "yeah we'll come back" but then they withdraw at the last minute, I just don't care about it anymore.

Tbh I disagree with the argument that a country shall not return to the contest only because they dislike the entries in their opinion Turkey have sent. I agree with the argument though that people don't care about TRT and their silly arguments not to take part because of their attitude towards the contest. Turkey will never return to Eurovision until 2030  I contacted the EBU several times about a possible broadcaster change but they hold a meeting with TRT in order to discuess this issue and TRT used the same statement as always: "We want to participate very soon" but always same shit happens, I lost hope tbh. In the TRT News announcement this year the general director said that Turkey won't return to Eurovision for a while and they don't want to take part in that competition in any way. |
