"Make an exception with Ukraine" sounds like ESC 2012 2.0 for me. "Oh, we'd actually love to withdraw because we are sooooooo unsuccessful, but a country we like is hosting the contest so we should be polite and take part one more time, meh"

If they return, good, if not, good again. And it's all because of their attitude. When they withdrew, they thought EBU will do everything they want (getting rid off juries and BIG5) just so they can have them again. The Earth wasn't destroyed by an asteroid because of their withdrawal, so honestly they can do what they want.

This is from escnation.com, so don't celebrate yet: Sena Sener already denied this via her Twitter account. TRT once again won't return next year due to lack of interest from TRT and the dissatisfaction with the rules.
