Hello there! It's time to start Festival of Miracles #24 at 
Chicago! 
Since last edition we got 35 players, it's likely to get semi-finals again, the top 5 can't switch countries ( United States, 
Iceland, 
Albania, 
Canada and 
Andorra), however they can withdraw this edition, in that case the 6th place would become the AQ.
3 countries got DQ'd last edition, meaning they are now free to take. Also you can take any country not reserved or confirmed
Remember your song can't participate if it already did in more than 5 contests (keeping track of forum and wiki contests).
