Festival of Miracles #24 - Wildcard Battle

Hi there! 
During the semi-finals, one direct qualifier (
Iceland) failed to vote in time, even when there was a lapse of 12 days to do so, thus losing their place in the Grand Final.
Generally when one country is disqualified, the 11th place from that semi-final gets the place instead. However this time we're talking about a direct qualifier who didn't really belong to either semi-final. So I thought the most fair solution would be a ''special'' wildcard battle between the 11th places from both semi-finals. The one with the most votes gets the spot left by Iceland, as simple as that.
Voting is optional, but I'd be good to have a good amount of votes.
The poll will lock on November 17th, 23:59 CET, this is to make sure even inactive players have a chance to vote.
