CHANGES AFTER WWW SONG CONTEST #80
The strikes system has been applied once again.
Ireland received 1 strike point, because of not having voted in their Semi Final.Moreover,
South Korea received 1½ strike points, as they did not vote in the Grand Final, despite not having qualified there, as well as for their late withdrawal from Themed WWWSC and the main contest.

United Kingdom received ½ strike point each, as they did not vote in the Grand Final, despite not having qualified.
United States would have 1 strike point removed this edition. However, they failed to vote in the Grand Final, despite not having qualified there, but for a reason that was valid. Therefore, their strike point will be removed next edition, as long as they do not receive any additional strikes.
Greece completed 5 editions without any strikes and hence, 1 strike point gets removed.
