I'm struggling with it a bit especially if it's taking that short time until the 51st entry. But we'll see.
Btw. when is the deadline to close the NS even?

I also agree with Balint! The rotation system could be this way, let's put an example: Ukraine, Venezuela, Turkey, Taiwan and USA were the lowest scoring entries in the Semi-finals and because of that they'll have to withdraw for one edition, but they are able to return after the end of the edition where they stayed out. The next 5 lowest scoring entries will be also out, and on and on. But lets say that Venezuela and Taiwan doesn't want to return, well their places could be given to the 2 "best" worst scoring entries of the edition that just ended Example of the example Spain got 10 points Russia got 9 Serbia got 7 UK got 6 got 4 the best score out of this bottom 5 are Spain and Russia, and as Venezuela and Taiwan don't want to return to the contest, they are able to take their spots And if there's a country that wants to debut or return an exception for the number of participants could be made (51 is the limit, but Egypt and Mauritania wants to debut, well the limit will be raised, only for this edition to 53, but the relegation number will also grow to 7) IDK if it's too complicated what i'm trying to say

Btw. when is the deadline to close the NS even? The NS should be over until Friday, the 24th of March. Sorry for not mentioning and thanks for reminding! inactivo (nq era) the same deadline (or earlier than that if you want) applies to your NS as well.

I don't undertand te new system at all ahaha. I mean what countries can be the Rest of the World Jury? those who missed a placed on this edition?? or what Exactly. Whoever misses out can be part of this Rest of the World jury. Those who decide to vote also secure a place for the next edition. But can I participate and be RoTW?

However, as I've also said to Balint, this would result in some countries that tend to be successful to stay in forever. As a consequence, some others, less successful ones, will be usually forced to withdraw. We could consider this "rotation system" but with some changes of course for some of the upcoming editions. However, we need to think of it and work on it as well, so that there are equal chances for everyone.

No, you are in the contest so why would you be able to do so? I repeat that the Rest of the World jury is only for people not taking part in the edition but who want to secure their place for the next edition.

I have a suggestion for this: I'm well aware you can't just remove the 51 players limit, but remember what happened at the Retro version of the contest, the 26 players limit was moved to 28, and until now, just with that small change there has always been little to none players who were left out. What I suggest is to add 1 player to each semi-final, making the total of players 54. With that there'd have been only 3 players left out, that's half of the total 6. And I don't see adding only 3 players to the limit being a drastic change. However, if even more players arrive in further editions, then it'd be ideal to stay at that limit obviously. I agree a limit has to be set somewhere, but if this keeps repeating then I'd say this small add would help.
About the system change, it's ok, not a drastic change to be honest It's a really nice way to let the players who couldn't join participate in this edition somehow
