Country Rules
You can choose any country from the world.
Minor states like
Monaco, 
Andorra etc. will not be able to borrow.Artist Rules
The artist can only be chosen for the country he/she is from or has lived for more than half of his/her life due to emigration.
The singer or band must be alive to take part in the contest.
Song Rules
The song must be from after 1 January, 2000.
Overused songs will not be accepted.
ESC/JESC/Turkvision etc. songs will not be accepted.
National Selection songs will be accepted.
Voting Rules
Top 10 vote: 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 points respectively.
Voting to be performed via PM or comment on the YouTube video.
Various Contest Rules
A maximum of 20 countries will be accepted into the first editions of the contest, to keep it small.
Failing to vote on time after reminders, or sending in an entry, will result in a mild warning.
An edition is set to take place every month, with following schedule:
