Welcome to Tribal Council, Randers.
Llemian and Callum, behind each of you is a torch - go ahead and grab a torch and approach the flame. Dip it in and get fire.
This is part of the ritual of Tribal Council because in this game, fire represents your life. When your fire is gone, so are you.
Please also welcome Marco and Kenajabam, who will be observing the Tribal Council as part of being on Exile Island.
RANDERS
Before you vote, I have a few questions to ask you all.
JULIAN: With so many tribe swaps, do you think the alliances you've made throughout the game are still intact? LLEMIAN: You're the second to last person to have to visit Tribal Council. Does your lack of experience here at Tribal put you at a disadvantage? MIHAI: How does this vote affect your game going forward? ALEX: With guaranteed safety, is it time to shake things up with a big move, or is it too soon? CALLUM: How trustworthy are alliances? You make them, but there is no guarantee that they stick so does this doubt plague the back of your mind? MAXIM: A game changer was voted out last Tribal Council. Do you think another game changer is going tonight, or is the tribe simply 'cutting dead weight'?
Post your answers in the thread below.
HOW TO VOTE
Please write the name of the person you are voting for on the parchment below. You may write whatever you want on the parchment, but please make sure that the name of the person you are voting for is clearly shown. Also, please include a voting confessional. These usually contain what you really think about that person or how they've played the game. Voting confessional examples: "You're an awful person, I can't stand being around you." "You played a good game but you're too much of a threat."
Example of a voting parchment:
Please send your votes, written on the parchment above, via FORUM PM by midday CET, Monday 8 May.
This gives you a day to strategise with your tribe.

I don't think survivor is a game where things stay constant, so the whole tribes align themselves new with every change

I think the worst thing you can do in this game is make a rushed decision. There's no point making a big move just for the sake of a big move, particularly when there's not really any need for it at this point in the game. Also I have non-existent gameplay so ofc not.

I don't think "alliances" should be used here. It all really depends on the people inside them. If someone's in an alliance, they are expected to follow through with what decisions are made there to keep them safe. If they decide to break the trust and go against an alliance's decision, then they have really made a big mistake. This is the worst point of the game to be blindsiding someone, because we've all swapped tribes and everything. It's a smaller world than you think; people will catch on to what's happening and act on it.

The biggest threat of the game was eliminated in the last tribal council, which is really relieving tbh. rip FFGCMB ;_;. This time I'm not really sure about who is voted out, but I believe it's going to be a potential game changer (for real).

I don't think this vote is going to affect my future game that much, unless there are some backstabbing.

I have worked with the tribe and helped get us immunity in the team challenges.
I am enjoying my time in the tribe and I don't feel my experience has ended yet.

TRIBAL COUNCIL 8A RESULTS
*nobody stands*
FIRST VOTE
1 vote Callum, 1 vote Julian.
We're tied - 2 votes Callum, 2 votes Julian.
That's 3 votes Callum, 2 votes Julian, 1 vote left.
Eighth person voted out of Forum Survivor Callum.
Callum, you need to bring me your torch,
Callum, the tribe has spoken.
It looks like the underdogs swept the carpet from under the strategic leader of the tribe. You may have the strategy, the social bonds and the challenge strength, but that means nothing without the numbers to back it up.
Grab your torches and head back to camp. Goodnight.
