I think that while Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina are in the contest they will never allow it I think Kosovo just needs to ignore them I think that while Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina are in the contest they will never allow it They don't really have a say in this though. All they can do is withdraw. Kosovos participation lies in the hands of RTP and the EBU Its not that simple, the EBU were willing to lose Ukraine (with the threats of fines, suspensions and expulsion), to keep Russia in, Why? because altough Russia, doesnt give as much money to the EBU as the big 5, still is one of the 10 countries that in total (publicity and broadcasting and more stuff) gives more money to the EBU Translate that into Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina VS Kosovo, Since its separation (recognized or not) Kosovo has a healthy economy, enough to pay the cuota of eurovision, without sending the whole country into bankruptcy, but can pay the minimal, and a little more, no much more, meanwhile Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina although not being the richest countries in europe, individually each of them can give more money to eurovision than Kosovo, not to say how much the 3 combined, and althoug eurovision has happened with one of them not competing as Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1998, 2000, 2013 and 2015 or Montenegro in 2010 and 2011, or in the case of two not competing its barely ok, to that zone of europe like Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2014, but EBU wouldnt be ok with losing 3 countries that combined give a good amount of meney to the EBU, just to have a country that sadly cant give more than one of them, not to say all, thats the reason the EBU wont let Kosovo in, because if they do, they end up losing money and countries willing to participate, and we know EBU doesnt want to take that risk again, not after a lot of countries withdrew their particpations, and others withdrew their debuts, when israel was added,

The other countries, especially Serbia will probably withdraw, but even if Bosnia and Herzegovina AND Serbia withdraw, we would only loose one competitor in total with Kosovo entering, so I don't think that the EBU steps in here. The Russia/ Ukraine situation is also a bit different here, because it seems like the EBU sees the withdrawal/suspension of both Ukraine and as a possible response to the Yuliya Samoylova-scandal.

Montenegro recognizes Kosovo? ??, well thats news for me, but again im not european so maybe i read the wrong article, i think that in that case the EBU wouldnt have as much of a problem as Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, have no competed together in one eurovision, so Kosovos chances increse exponencially for me, and someone who would support kosovo all the way in eurovision would be Albania, Albania is like the best friend of and it would be possible that Lindita who represented Albania respresents Kosovo, as she has Kosovan nationality and would be a good way to say thanks to Albania, and i would love that, the only question is does portugal recognize kosovan independence? because that can change a lot of stuff up

I think Kosovo will debut this year I mean next year I think that while Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina are in the contest they will never allow it In order to be a member of the EBU, a country needs to be a member of the International Telecommunications Union. In order to be a member, you must be a member of the UN. In order to be a member of the UN, you must be recognized by all of these 5 countries . So really their fate is in the hands of and

Actually, I think that music don't need to look to any politics, or something. I hope that Kosovo, or some other countries will join Eurovision, just to make it more colorful.
