]I think there is only a small chance for  Lebanon cause they are against the broadcasting of  Israel on TV. But if Israel doesn't take part that's an inexistent barrier.  Ilias' trying to say, that because of their shut down,  Lebanon would compete, just to show that they still can be part of this. A way to show that they are against  IBA and the whole TV!  |

There are TV laws in Lebanon who are forbidden to show Israeli stuff. |

So if Israel is officially dead as a doornail, it might pave the way for the incoming ~  Morocco  Tunisia Lebanon~ ownage serving that Arabic realness  Actually IPBC (Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation) are looking to get an EBU membership, now that the IBA is Defunct, so theres still a chance Israel will compete next year |
