Welcome back to Festival of Miracles #28 at Icheon!

This is the allocation draw thread, where you'll see the running order of both semi-finals

In order to get there, first we need to plan the Automatic Qualifiers voting:

• FIRST semi-final is going to have 21 countries, where  Åland Islands and China will vote.

• SECOND semi-final is going to have 20 countries, here South Korea , New Zealand and Poland will also vote.

Then we proceed to the semi-final's pots.
