Homemade Song Contest is back

HMSC is back!

Yeah, you read it right. The homemade song contest is back after a long hiatus. Me and the already most missed forum member of all time Åri decided to bring it back, but with a new set of rules.
The contest will restart the 6th edition as HMSC 6.2, which means, that the previously selected songs will be abandoned. Also new rules will be introduced. Among them:
- Participants would not be necessarily from the country they represent, as long as the entries are original and weren't seen before in online contests.
- HMSC is now a monthly contest, set to start next month.
- Songs will all be recent and original, and we will be strict about it.
- All legitimate countries are eligible to take part, with the exception being if country 1 participates, and country 1 and country 2 do not recognize each other, the rule is first come first serve - Only country 1 will be a participant.

The edition 6.2 will start at the 1st of July! Countries aren't reserved, we'll work on a first-come, first-serve basis.
