Now, as it is hard for some countries to find JOSF songs from singers who haven't even turned 16, OBU will let you decide the age limit. In the current limit (16 years old), artists who have turned 16 cannot take part in JOSF, only in OSF. If the 17 years old limit is applied, artists who were 16 at the time the song was published (Had turned 16, but not 17), can take part in JOSF, but not in OSF. The decision is yours! For me that wouldn't make a big difference. Looking for - good - singers under a specific age AND in a specific country is quite tricky. I would confirm if I find a Bulgarian singer under 16/17 during my normal researches but I wouldn't make a specific research for a junior singer. I don't even speak Bulgarian, and that is a big handicap for this kind of research.
