Monir və sən (Azerbaijani NS for Retro WWWSC #53)

Dear Retro WWWSC participants,

Azerbaijan will have a quick national selection to decide for its next entry in the upcoming edition of Retro WWWSC. The singer has been chosen internally and she is Iranian & Azerbaijani opera singer Monir Vakili! The rules of the selection are very simple: you have to vote for only one of the competing songs by ticking in the poll. Either La laiee or Parvaneh will represent Azerbaijan in 53rd edition and you'll decide which one! I would be happy to receive as many as possible votes, however, needless to say, voting is optional for everyone.
