I'm still indifferent about this, but can see why people liked it
I didn't expect this to do better in the qualifier voting, and then not to win this at all. And that even without a single 12! Nevertheless it's a great song so I'm happy it's so high

The council just noticed a mistake with the Gibraltarian votes.
their in final were given to the wrong country (it was supposed to be Russia, but
they fall to Northern Ireland), therefore, here is the correct results:
