And finally here it is,the special edition,the country draw ! In this edition is a record of 46 countries! These countries will be devided into 3 Semi-Finals with 15 songs in each Semi-Final and one final of 22 songs (7 countries of each Semi-Final + United Kingdom which is automatically in the final).
This edition will be the last edition before The Greatest of WVSC #1,which we know already the 27 out of the 30 participants. It will be held in Manila after Charice with her song "Louder" won in WVSC 9.This makes one of the longest trips in WVSC history from Marseille to Manila.There were no National Finals this time.
1st Semi-Final will be up today (noon,evening/afternoon) and then you'll be able to submit an entry for the 11th edition or to make a National Final.
