Malala's Critiques I'm truly moved my queens, you all did an amazing work with your songs this week. This was probably one of the best challenges, congrats! Miss Piggy Miss Piggy, you certainly managed to bring a fitting song for this challenge! The song is a really cute ballad, and the lyrics portray a really sensitive but at the same time a frequent subject. Good job, keep it up! | Phoebe Struts Sinead is a great singer and "Troy" is truly an amazing song. The song might not be directly talking about a mental illness, but the topic it discusses is very moving nevertheless, and I think it worked quite fine for the challenge. Good job, Miss Struts! | Junglepu$$y What a fantastic choice! I am absolutely in love with this song. I think it was the perfect choice for the challenge; the song captured the challenge's topic both musically and lyrically. Very well done Miss Junglepu$$y, I'm really proud of you. | Frieda Livêrie A really great choice from you, once again, Miss Livêrie. The song is beautiful, and the topic it discusses is very touching. I also appreciate that you decided to go with something in the French language. Well done! | Azealia Bongos Miss Bongos. Not only did your song fullfill every aspect for this challenge, but it was also a superb choice. I have nothing else to say, keep impressing us! | Delilah Grace Miss Grace, you really graced us with another great choice this week! I totally adore the song and it's a great choice for this challange as well. |

Nene's critiques
Wow ladies I'm very impressed. One word can describe this week: emotional.
Miss Piggy | Bas
A very sweet song and moving song if I do say so myself. I do see some connection between the lyrics and the song, and overall the theme of the song definitely fit's this week's challenge. While it's not my favourite, I will say that you did a very good job. Well done!
Phoebe Struts | George J.
Sinéad O'Connor is truly a living legend - her experiences are so real that I get very emotional while listening to her music. Here's the thing though - while Troy is a nice song in it's own right, I don't feel that the lyrics are closely related to the theme of mental illness; however it refers to a difficult and moving topic as well which could in turn also relate to mental illness, so it's a bit ambiguous there. Nice attempt, although I wish there was a clear connection.
Junglepu$$y | Eke
One word: empowering. While I don't love Chelsea's music in general, this song really touched me. Like Malala said, the song related captured this week's topic lyrically and musically, and I have to agree with that. I can feel the emotion in this song and how it relates to the topic of mental illness, as when Chelsea sings, I get moved as I feel that it's very relatable. Well done hunny.
Frieda Livêrie | Callum
Amazing work from you Frieda once again! The topic of suicide is never easy, and I felt so emotional while listening to the song, because I can envision such a situation and how hard such situation would be for both the victim and witness. The fact that the song is also in French adds to these powerful emotions, and I have to say I'm very happy with your choice as you did an amazing job.
Azealia Bongos | Aless
A lovely song with very touching lyrics and a very touching connection to the topic of mental illness. There's not much else I can say than what has been said already - you did an amazing job and I felt that you took the time to really find something that went so well with this week's theme.
Delilah Grace | Alper
Not a bad attempt from you this week Miss Grace! I'm not a fan of Adna myself, and personally the song is just alright, but it's the lyrics that I was most intrigued about, and what I was focusing on. It fits perfectly to the theme and really portrays Adna's experiences, and it's amazing to see that she is not afraid to talk about her problems, especially in her music. Not bad!

Ornacia's CritiquesI hate to be the mood killer but I wasn't a big fan of this week. So after Malala and Nene praised everyone, be prepared for some less amazed critiques.Miss Piggy | Bas Personally I find this song to be fitting. While I don't hate the song, I'm also not a too big fan of it. It's a cute ballad that I liked listening to but I'm not sitting here shooketh or crying. A good song but not too strong of a choice. Phoebe Struts | George J. Songwise, I really liked it, it might be one of my favorites from the week. And you're correct, Sinead technically is a perfect fit for this challenge... as a person. While I liked the song, to me it just had barely any connection to the theme. Sure, troubling childhood, messed up relationship, all themes that make a person vulnerable but there's no direct connection to the topic of mental illness, not in the way everyone else portrayed it. Junglepu$$y | Eke I mean, the song really fits, topic wise it's perfect for this challenge. However, I didn't necessarily like the song too much. I didn't dislike it either but it just didn't really connect with me on an emotional level, maybe because I could barely understand what she's singing (thanks for providing the lyrics). Since you convinced my fellow judges this probably sounds like me nitpicking but yeah, just didn't love the song itself, sorry. Frieda Livêrie | Callum This was finally a choice I enjoyed, both song and theme wise. The lyrics are very beautiful and poetic and so is the song. It's nothing I'd listen to over and over again but for this challenge it was a good fit, it connected to me and it really raised awareness for what depression and suicide can not only do for the mentally ill person but also their friends and family. Azealia Bongos | Aless While I liked the song and saw the connection to the lyrics, to me it was a rather weak choice just like Macabre Dances two weeks ago. Both are good songs that fit the challenge but sounded kinda basic, in comparison to everyone else, to me. I also don't necessarily think that the message of this song really gets across because the music just doesn't sound as sad as the lyrics, if that somehow makes sense. I liked the song but yeah, to me it just seemed a bit off. Delilah Grace | Alper Adna might be an obvious or even unoriginal choice but in a week where I wasn't a fan of most songs, you kinda saved me. Living is a wonderful song on its own and the lyrics fit well to the theme. It wasn't a choice that blew me away, since I was familiar with both Adna and Living before but I enjoyed your choice. Nevertheless, I hope you'll be a bit more original in the future!
