The Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union held a press conference on the 11th November 2018 regarding the release of the running orders of the respective semi finals.

The running order was determined by the council with the aspect of balance between the two semi finals, and for each entry to shine in their own position.

Apart from the semi final running orders, in which semi final the Big 6 countries would be voting was determined as well.
