Changes in the SoVSC council

Starting from #12 edition, council of the SouthVision Song Contest will change.  rudis will join the council and will be a moderator of the contest's board.

 Changes in the voting system
Starting from the #15 edition, SouthVision Song Contest will adapt a new voting system. From now on, all the participants will have to fill a Google Form to vote in the contest. Without giving the usual top 10 scores (12,10,8-1), every participant will also have to select a "reaction" to each song. 3 possible reactions will be: "like", "neutral" and "dislike". These votes will work as a televoting part of the contest. This change was made by the council to provide extra intrigue in the voting of the contest.

 Song of The Year 2019!
Bim bam toi, here is a little surprise to all of you! For the first time ever, it was decided to do SouthVision: Song of The Year Awards! A total of 3 editions (editions 13-15) were held this year, and is there a better way to finish this decade than selecting a song of the year? I highly doubt that!
However, the awards will work as followed: 10 entries, which received votes from the most voters in their edition, were selected to compete in the event, thus making the amount of voters the most important factor of getting to the awards. That said, there were some surprised regarding the entries chosen for the SOTY, however, that's how you have voted, guys!
Without further ado, here are the entries (in a random order) which made it to the Song of The Year 2019:

Few facts:
 "Mr Hyde" was the only winner not to be a part of the SOTY because of a lower amount of voters. Indonesia is the only country to have 2 representatives in the SOTY. Despite finishing only 11th in their edition, Singapore received a place in the SOTY.

It's...kinda over?
I have never thought that one of my contests would actually exist for nearly 4 years? That's incredible and it all would have been only a fantasy without all of you. This decision of closing the contest came after thinking about the past editions, the participants, all the positive and negative sides of hosting a contest, and most importantly - my free time which is decreasing lately.
This contest would have been nothing but just a big mess without the most amazing council member I have ever had -  Kinoshita!. (Hopefully you drop him a line to say a massive thanks for all the incredible designs this contest had!). Without you, this contest would have probably ended really soon.
I'm also incredibly thankful to rudis and Marcos who were the council members for a shorter period of time. Having you there was honestly a pleasure. Thank you! 
And obviously, my dear participants which involves every of you. No matter if you were original or not, having you in this contest was the most amazing thing I would have asked in these forums. I never thought that by the end of the existence of this contest, there would be more than 20 of you, which might not be the amount to be happy about for some of the others. I had participants who actually supported this idea and pushed me to continue hosting the contest for the last few editions
Talking about the most recent edition, which, yeah, didn't happen, I'm extremely proud to declare that all of the countries won! Sorry for making some of you host a national selection for...nothing.
I really hope that none of you are mad about this contest getting closed. It's just an end with a possibility for a new beginning. And who knows, maybe one day I'll wake up with a desperate need of relaunching this contest?
