Super Vision Song Contest ends after 32 editions
After five years and thirty-two editions, the recent which was won by Azerbaijan, it was decided that the Super Vision Song Contest would come to an end. With the recent edition having suffered a great number of delays, as well as hints about the closure, this announcement probably did not come as a surprise.

Simply put, continuing the contest as is now, would not work and would just discredit the history of the contest. As such, closing the contest became the best option possible going forward. A special thanks go to every user and past council members (shoutout to George, Christian AT, Tias, 𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐋, El Catracho, HvdstrcbCBr and Dominykas) for making the contest what it became.

Although it is possible that the contest could be revived in the future, such plans are not in place—at least not for many months. In the unlikely event of a revival, the contest would be toned down to ensure for smooth and thorough editions. Please do not count on it, however.
