Welcome back to the Latvian national selection!
Hello, Europe! I'm Patrisha, the Latvian representative last edition. The Latvian selection committee proposed me to be our spokeswoman for this jubilee edition and I accepted with pleasure that great honour.
Seven songs will compete this edition. We have six entries in Latvian and one in Russian.
There will only be one final. Each HoD or co-HoD will be able to vote four songs (the votes from rest of the World will be combined as well). They will respectively get    and  and as you can guess, the song with the highest amount of points will represent Latvia at NVSC #30!
How to vote? VERY simple!
