Bordeaux is a port city on the Garonne in the Gironde department in Southwestern France. Being at the center of a major wine-growing and wine-producing region, Bordeaux remains a prominent powerhouse and exercises significant influence on the world wine industry although no wine production is conducted within the city limits. It is home to the world's main wine fair, Vinexpo, and the wine economy in the metro area takes in 14.5 billion euros each year. Bordeaux wine has been produced in the region since the 8th century. The historic part of the city is on the UNESCO World Heritage List as "an outstanding urban and architectural ensemble" of the 18th century. After france Paris, Bordeaux has the highest number of preserved historical buildings of any city in France. So, we, the delegations from SouthVision Broadcasting Union and France 2, have already bought a ticket to France and gotten ready to go . . .

Venue
Arkéa Arena (previously known as the Bordeaux Métropole Arena) is a multi-purpose indoor arena in Floirac, near Bordeaux in France. Opened in January 2018, it offers a capacity for all types of shows and events from 2,500 to 11,300. The arena is mainly used for concerts and sporting events. The project meets the need to create a concert hall in the Bordeaux Métropole capable of hosting tours of international artists, which the Patinoire de Mériadeck ice rink does not allow.
Concept
Personal stability is a lifestyle characterlized by appropiate and well-thought-out decisions, consistent behavior and moderate mood swings. It's often overlooked yet it's a key component in professional and emotional success and well-being. This edition, the French broadcaster decided to bring this topic up as it's confirmed that this edition's official slogan is going to be "Stabilizing With You (se stabiliser avec toi)". With a great development in terms of economies, industries and technologies, stabilities in life - both economical and mental - are essential and necessary in nowaday.
Meanwhile for the logo, the broadcaster presented us the chemistry-related hexagon logo. Benzene is an organic chemical compound with the chemical formula C6H6. The benzene molecule is composed of six carbon atoms joined in a ring with one hydrogen atom attached to each. As it contains only carbon and hydrogen atoms, benzene is classed as a hydrocarbon. Diffirent with almost all hydrocarbons, benzene is an aromatic compounds which have the electron delocalization described by resonance enhances the stability of the molecules, and compounds composed of such molecules often show exceptional stability and related properties. The outer ring symbolized the hexagon country France while the three double bonds within the ring represented three compositions of the French national motto : Liberté (Liberty), Egalité (Equality) and Fraternité (Fraternity) - which always move and change to keep the nation stable like how the bonds delocate and form a resonance.
