Milli Seçim Turu #7: Azerbaijani NS for WWWSC #79

After the expected failure of Azerbaijani entry in the 78th edition, I decided to organize a national selection again to choose the next representative for the country. The rules are simple: out of 7 songs, you can vote for up to two by ticking in the poll. The timeslots for each song are placed below, so you do not need to listen to the each candidate in full length. Even though the voting is optional, I would appreciate as many as possible votes. Thank you for your consideration

Song #1: I like it, but it's also a bit boring.
Song #2: I like his voice a lot. And can also see myself liking the song a lot although I find the drum beat too repetitive.
Song #3: This is interesting. But that sound in the background sounds incredibly weird.
Song #4: At first I liked it, but then it became weird.
Song #5: They took part before, right? It's much better than the other song, I'm referring to.
Song #6: No, thank you.
Song #7: Interesting voice. Not a fan of the song itself.


In the end I voted for Song #2 and Song #5.

Seeya represented Azerbaijan back then with her song "Tocame", in collaboration with Samira Efendi. This time she has made a duo with Sabina Beyli and the songs indeed a bit similar.

THE VOTING IS CLOSED

Thanks to the 10 players voting in the 7th edition of Azerbaijani National Selection. It seems that the voters have divided opinions taking into account how close the results is; however, two entries received the most number of votes eventually. These are: Freaky Model by ELTON and No Puedo by Sabina Beyli and Seeya. It is decided that Sabina Beyli and Seeya will represent Azerbaijan the next edition, and ELTON will participate on behalf of Azerbaijan in the 81st edition.
