The number of participants for this edition is 45 countries once again. However, this time we will have SEVEN AQ's instead of six, since Slovenia decided to 'use' their AQ (which they won in #40) this edition.

• FIRST semi-final is going to have 19 countries, Netherlands, Japan, France and Slovenia are going to vote here.
  
  
• SECOND semi-final is also going to have 19 countries, and here England, and Switzerland and Ireland will vote.
