  SLOVENIAN ENTRY I have been following Astrid in Avantgarden since they participated in EMA Freš. They always go for unusual sounds and genre combinations. While they included rap in Sing to Me, they went for African sounds in their latest release.
The word pero has two meanings in Slovene and (I think) they play with them in the first two verses.
"Črno pero imam pod krilom"
I have a black feather under my skirt/wing (again idk)
"Črno pero sem razlila"
I have spilled a black pen
Tl;Dr
As you might have noticed, Slovene has many meanings for the same word. The context is important, but sometimes, there is no real context in poetry and song lyrics. The band name also has different meanings, in Slovene it means Astrid and the Avantgarden, while in English it could mean Astrid in the Avantgarden, assuming it's a garden of sorts.
