ÉIRE FESTIVAL 8
ANNOUNCEMENT
Welcome to the new edition of Éire Festival.
The 8th edition of the festival will kick off with a new format.
Compared to previous editions where the acts were selected internally by the Heads of Delegation, this time it's up to YOU to submit a song.
HOW WILL IT WORK?
PHASE 1
All the NVSC (Co)Heads of Delegation will be given time to apply for a jury spot.
PHASE 2
Twelve juries will be selected randomly. The winners will have to submit one song to enter the competition.
The ones that didn't become a jury will be able to vote as televote, with a bigger impact to the final outcome.
PHASE 3
The voting will represent 50% juries and 50% televoting.
The participants will not be allowed to vote for their own entries.
The song with the most votes from both jury and televoting combined will represent
Ireland in the upcoming North Vision Song Contest.APPLICATIONS
As mentioned above, every Co(HoD) who will take part in the upcoming edition can apply for a jury spot. All you have to do is to post below. Best of luck to all! Seems easy? It is. More information will follow in due time.
