  SAYA NOE FOR HUNGARY!
After some really intense and tight results , the winner of A Magyar Dal 35 was announced! Saya Noé won the right to represent Hungary in the 35th edition of NVSC and break the NQ streak. Her song, "Under The River", received a total amount of 198 points, 5 points ahead of the runner-up.
Kőrös Mimi, or otherwise known as Saya Noe is a Hungarian singer-songwriter. She spent most of her childhood growing up in Kuala Lumpur,  Malaysia with her musician parents. Her biggest accomplishment so far has been that she was selected by Grammy-winner producer, Matter Lawrence, to co-work on one of her upcoming songs.

Paris, France After tonight's spectacular show France Télévisions can officially confirm that French singer-songwriter Hélène Segara will represent France in the upcoming North Vision Song Contest held in Russia!
It might have looked clear from the start fan favourite Hélène Segara was heading for the win in France, however French-British-Swedish dark wave band Sure almost snatched it from her. The band came close in the televote section managing to stay only 1 point behind Hélène, gaining major support from Belarussian, Danish, Faroese, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Israeli, Moldovan, Monegasque, Polish and Swedish jury members. Hélène Segara will sing "Plus jamais" (Never again). This marks the 1st time the singer will appear on the Northvision stage.

France Télévisions held a press conference for the French representative right after the show, where press and fans could ask questions to the French Head of Delegation and the artist he is taking along to Slovakia. Right before the actual press conference Hélène Segara gave the following statement:

Born in Belgrade to Albanian parents, Edita Aradinovic has been putting out music since 2012, and is a frequent face on many Serbian music channels such as FM Play and IDJTunes.
Despite losing round 1 by a close margin, 3 of the 5 judges in round 2 considered it to have the best chance in Northvision Song Contest, making it the winner and enabling Edita to participate in edition 35. We wish her all the best from the delegation.

IT'S HAPPY OL' MCWEASEL FOR SLOVENIA!
RTVSLO can now reveal that the Maribor based celtic-punk rock band, Happy Ol' McWeasel, will represent the country in the 35th edition.
Formed in 2007, the band specifically works with the punk rock genre, combined with sounds from celtic folk music.
Being still active to this day, the band have released many singles, alongside two studio albums,
and have also had one of their songs features in the CBS tv-show "The Crazy Ones", which features Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar.
For the 35th edition, they'll try their chances at escaping the pre-qualification round with one of their more cheerful songs as of late, namely...
 'SEE YOU TOMORROW'
