All these artists have a very close relationship with Cyprus.In fact, many of them have received a proposal to represent the country in Eurovision. Nevertheless, I have sent a message to the person in charge of the competition and if necessary I will have to exclude some of the candidates.

Apologies for only answering this now as i have not been at home lately but yeah indeed the rules don't allow to borrow as only small industries that do not have as much choices compared to bigger industries are allowed to borrow such as etc.

Indeed was allowed to borrow before the rule changes of #28 when we got rid of most of the borrowing rules. So preferably only native acts or acts that have strong connections to the said nation can be sent

It would help if you could provide me some detail on how some of the acts are connected to Cyprus and so on and then i will be able to judge a bit better
