As my top 4 is the actual top 4 (and in the exact same order), I don't think I should complain about anything regarding the results 
Not sure that has ever happened to me before, I remember it was the top 3 in Retro once, but top 4 I don't think

At least it added some "Balkan flavor" to this edition I guess
Sorry for the countries at the bottom who got very few or even no points, that's really harsh
Overall it was a strong edition, a worthy final for this decade

The contest isn't dead, no.
If you look over the contest's history, the current break isn't unusual. The editions are meant to take place every few months (you could say approximately 3-4 times a year), so we'll possibly have another one in 2021, but we don't know when exactly at the moment.
