FAAF ANNOUNCES FOUR WORLD MEETING COMPETITIONS
Seeburg - Today FAAF announced the start of the FAAF Diamond League as well as three other meeting-based worldwide competitions the Continental Gold, Silver and Bronze Tours. These events will form a league pyramid with the Diamond League at the top and the Continental Bronze Tour at the bottom of the pyramid. Athletes for the inaugural season have qualified through the 2021 World Athletics Championships. Each league will host the following disciplines for Men and Women: 100 metres, 200 metres, 400 metres, 800 metres, 1500 metres, 5000 metres, 3000 metres steeplechase, 100/110 metres hurdles, 400 metres hurdles, high jump, long jump, triple jump, pole vault, javelin throw, discus throw and hammer throw. More details on how the format will work exactly and which athletes will compete in which league will be revealed at a later date. What we can reveal today are the countries that will host one of the 14 meetings each league has. Here they are in order of meeting:
FAAF Diamond League: Fordia - Evergreen - Qasentria - Kuwiang - Scandavia - Dýria - Namimori - Neocastria - Lanovina - Sincuerello - Corzazjan - Torlova - Moly-Boronia (Final) - Lidonia (Final)
Continental Gold Tour: Aquia - Ulikana - Kazkya - Llort - Wedse - Flírskmasto - Prunia - Lucreania - Khamatin - US Eldance - Levalle - Hansaaria - Lakadamia (Final) - Hwaesonna (Final)
Continental Silver Tour: Dorma - Lakadamia - Alkyria - Sirenforest - Jarea - Moly-Boronia - Drevona - Demacia - Ermy - Pohunskia - Yeukiwan - Suuher - Qasentria (Final) - Namimori (Final)
Continental Bronze Tour: Ka'a and Kehbe - Zylofonija - Ulikana - Lucreania - Decoria - Sylvan - Boninbourg - Torlova - Sirenforest - Ninelie - Glacea - Kuwiang - Fordia (Final) - Lanovina (Final)
If any country does not want their capital and/or biggest city to host their meeting please DM me either on the Forum or on Discord until the 1st of September so I can change the meeting location. Some countries have a different city which is neither capital nor the biggest already assigned to their second meeting, you can change that one too if you want.
The first set of meetings (Meetings 1 and 2 in each league) will be held after the 6th of September so look out for those.
