Alright, earlier today I took a listen to all the songs. And sorry, but I absolutely hope that this entire thing is a joke. I mean we have 6 songs - all of them outdated, several of them monotonous and not even 1 that sounds like an actually finished song. The fact that hardly any of them have an intro / outro, however, leaves me hoping that they're indeed just demos. Anyway this is my top 6:
1. Patrick O’Sullivan - One Night, One Kiss, One Promise It tries to be grand / epic. He has a somewhat memorable voice and I believe with a revamp it could become a guilty pleasure of mine.
2. Miles Graham - Yeah, we're gonna get out of it This entry also has the possibility to be pretty good. In fact it's the by far most memorable song (the kids choir) and he's voice is somewhat special as well. I hope for him that the George Floyd incident in the lyrics video (which is also why it's not at #1 here) won't backlash on him too hard.
3. Brooke - That's rich Yeah, I know this is probably controversial since she's the big favourite. However I really don't hear that. To me the song appeared as monotonous and boring and she's got a very annoying voice.
4. Janet Grogan - Ashes of yesterday I don't remember this.
5. Rachel Goode - I'm loving me Another one of those songs that are heavily inspired by the 80s. That's not essentially bad, but here it doesn't work. The song itself is just too monotonous (and outdated ofc). Also Idk whether her voice even fits a song like that.
6. Brendan Murray - Real love This one is trying to be a beautiful ballad. However it doesn't have a climax or anything so it just keeps going for the entire 3 minutes. In other words this song is there.

A from me Okay, I have to admit that it's not a bad song. Also, I'm happy that it's now an actually finished song. Still, I believe it could use some more power (especially the "That's rich!" parts). And her voice is still annoying me. The distorted part of the song does as well. Hopefully, they will get a good revamp done because I believe this to have some potential.
