Alright, so this was an NS I didn't get to listen any of the competing songs beforehand. It's a cute song and Mia seems likable as well. However it's also a bit boring and overall leaves me with very mixed feelings so that I can't really give it more than a for now. Also very sorry to her, but last year's entry was miles ahead of this ... Btw. I only watched her live performance and idk if it's just me, but at times I didn't understand her at all.

Cute. Has a typical indie pop vibe that in my opinion would be very hard to sell in a Eurovision stage. She sings so nicely though, so I hope to see the performance be more elevated in Turin. I think this does not impact enough emotionally. This song is aiming to be helped by juries. I don't know how well it would do in that department.

I know I'm late with that, but this is what my top 15 of Dora 2022 looked like: 1. Mila Elegović - Ljubav This was a beautiful song that I originally wasn't too much into, but the longer it went I actually really enjoyed it. A bit on the boring side maybe?2. Mia Negovetić - Forgive Me (Oprosti) A very beautiful and modern ballad with good lyrics.3. Ella Orešković - If You Walk Away A modern song, but to me it sounded like her voice was too high for it?4. Roko Vušković - Malo kasnije Here I was too quick to judge haha. At the beginning I found this not too special nor any remarkable. In the end I somehow still happened to like it.5. Mia Dimšić - Guilty Pleasure Yeah, this is a very cute little indie pop (?) song that doesn't bother one too much and is neither annoying nor any remarkable. In fact it's just there.Interesting lyrics btw.6. Tina Vukov - Hideout A kind of ballad that I normally like a lot. It's also beautiful, but leaning towards the boring-side, if you know what I mean. Also I kind of feel like it doesn't suit her voice. Oh, and speaking of her voice: Yes Tina can sing. Yet there's something in her vocals that's annoying me a lot.7. Marko Bošnjak - Moli za nas This is a song that I have no actual opinion about. On one hand it's a good song, but also a bit strange and it's ending is too abrupt.8. Tia - Voli me do neba Yes, Tia can definitely sing, that's out of question. Her entry also was a theoretically very good song, but that instrumental annoyed me a lot ...9. Elis Lovrić - No War My expectations after reading the song title were that this was probably going to be a more original entry than several other ones. And yes, that's exactly what I've then got. But yeah, the song itself was sadly not too much for me.10. Eric - I found you A summerly pop song with an annoying instrumental and that's overall not very special.11. Jessa - My Next Mistake Meh! Jessa has a beautiful voice, but this song is definitely a mess ...12. Bernarda - Here for love Another good vocalist, that's wasted for taking part with an empty song.13. Zdenka Kovačiček - Stay on The Bright Side Zdenka has a very special voice and the song is - speaking of the genre - very original and not too Eurovision-like. Overall it's together with Elis' the most original entry of this preselection. But yeah, I got over the song very quickly for various reasons:1. It's lengthy af. Istg it felt so never-ending ... 2. The repetition of "everything will be okay" happens too often. And - just a personal thought - but thinking about what I just listened to afterwards I felt like Zdenka deserved a better song that also possibly could've been more rock-ish. Because here her very good voice sounded wasted.14. Toma - In the darkness It's starting off beautifully, but soon becomes boring. And what bothered me a lot in the chorus was that long note in "Darkness". In the first chorus it sounded so good, but already at the second one it didn't anymore.Overall this wasn't a bad national selection imo, but neither highly outstanding compared to others, if I may say this. And Idk whether it's just me, but the lack of the Croatian language kinda bothered me during the listening.
