VOTING IS CLOSED

Unfortunately, Comoros Djibouti Seychelles Togo failed to vote within the timeframe. However, Djibouti asked for an extension, and Togo asked for a replacement. Both will be given. So that means Comoros and Seychelles will recieve a 25% strike, unless their votes are recieved before the Djiboutian votes. Djibouti will be replaced by Logan and Seychelles will be replaced by maciothespy . Comoros and Togo will be replaced by pot voting. I'm gonna try and crank out these results by the 31st, however I can't make any promises on that. 

EDIT: It has been 10 hours since the time Djibouti asked for an extension to, and I haven’t received their votes. As such, they will be receiving the full 25% strike and will have their votes replaced
