Nobelle Peace-Prize (Nic)
Olivia:
Well... at least your entry fit the theme this week, congrats on that! Now you just need to send a good song and we'll have a viable path forward! This song was just... bland. It served Ed Sheeran and you know damn well that's not a compliment.
Addison: I didn't necessarily mind this song, it's quite nice in a pleasant background listen kinda way, but it suffers from the same problem that a couple of other queens suffered from in that it really didn't encapsulate what the theme was really looking for. It was a surface connection - here is an artist that represents multiple continents. And that's ok! I can't fault you for it, I was just left wanting more from it. While I didn't mind the song, it feels very commercial British man sad man ballad thing you know what I mean, and there wasn't even anything in its lyrical content that persuaded me there was any deeper connection. It was okay, but everyone here can do okay. Give me GREAT.
Kenya: What happened here doll. I wanted to see you go outside the box, push the boundaries, and this is what we got? This is a mediocre album filler at best, and honestly, this was a safe choice. But safe won't cut it here. I'm honestly more insulted at this than anything else. I know you can do better. So f-ing do it

Azora Rivers (nns)
Kenya: Girl....................... really? Audrey English barely works cause it's an American born in American Samoa which is technically the same nation. Even without that, this was bland in the worst way. Her voice isn't stellar enough for a track like this, it felt whiney, and it just dragged on. This was upsettingly bland
Olivia: This was not the best interpretation of the theme. While your entry was technically connected to two continents, it still felt like a bit of a cop-out, since it's just an artist who was born in an American overseas territory and now lives in mainland USA. The song itself was lovely, I liked the singer's voice, but it wasn't anything particularly unique either.
Addison: I... guess I get what you were trying to do, but it just didn't work for me. To me it definitely feels like a bit of a cop-out, or against the spirit of the task, to have just the USA and American Samoa represented, and that's embodied in the song that just kinda sounds like a generic American ballad that you'd hear as an American Idol winners single or whatever. It was lacking in personality and flavour for me, in other entries this week you can hear a variety of different influences in the songs that was sorely missing here. It wasn't for me unfortunately.

Olivia: whew this song is amazing. It was giving me everything that needed to be given this week. Song, check, theme execution, check, slayage, check. Keep this up and you'll make it far in this competition!
Addison: Well girl. All I can really say is that you smashed this one out of the park. This song is gorgeous, and it not only fufilled the criteria of the theme, but managed to transcend it. An incredible pick, you've definitely established yourself as a leading contender in this competition. Keep it up!
Kenya:
firstly, who said you could serve this hard. Ma, this is just saur good. I'm in love. I can't say anything bad about this. You just raised the bar, and I hope you'll continue raising this bar
